man this makes me want to go back to el mago de la fritas. been so long since ive been there. If you guys are still in miami i suggest going to RIO CRYSTAL on bird road and 92ave. best pan con bistec in miami hands down and thier fries are to die for. I suggest everyone goes there.
Hey Lucas, I think you guys should do a new season after this pandemic settles and there's a vaccine. Especially with restaurants needing more publicity and customers, people needing to 'dine on a dime', and a reason to go out. Alternatively, you could also do a "Dining on a Dime: To-Go" series!

It would be a success because non-Japanese food in Tokyo generally sucks ass and this place in Miami is really good. Problem is that nobody with a successful restaurant elsewhere wants to move to Tokyo which is understandable. There are zero good sandwich joints in Tokyo and only a handful of good burger joints and zero Cuban joints. Zero. First to market all the way if they opened.

Audio could probably benefit from a narrow band filter centred on 60 hz and harmonics thereof. Or, they could turn off the lights and shoot in the dark
